- Delivery time:

Our delivery time is 35 days upon down payment from our customers.

- Payment terms:

We require T/T 30% as down payment, and 70% balance upon documents copy.

- Custom design, new items development:

About 40% of our sales and production are based on custom design and new items, the production time will be 20 days longer than normal orders. We need to develop a new production mould for new items and test the samples.

AYes, but not for all products.
For free samples, Captain Marine just need your courier account number.
For some high value products, sample fee is also needed. But the sample charge can be deducted when you place the order.
